Geopolitical Intelligence  ·  Supply Chain Operations

Your supply chain
has blind spots.
We find them.

Tariffs shift. Ports close. Policies change overnight. Most operations leaders find out too late. Strabo Insight puts the intelligence in front of you first.

The Problem

Geopolitics doesn't wait for your Q4 review.

A tariff announcement drops on a Tuesday. By Friday, manufacturers sourcing from China are repricing every open PO, and their procurement teams are scrambling. It wasn't unpredictable. You just didn't have the right intelligence.

Geopolitical analysis has always lived inside enterprise risk platforms, government briefings, and five-figure consulting retainers. Operations leaders at small to mid-size US manufacturers have been priced out of the room. They absorb the cost. Then they explain it in the next board meeting.

Strabo Insight was built to change that equation.

90%
of tariff costs land on US importers. Foreign exporters absorb almost none of it.
33%
rise in supply chain disruption alerts in 2025 across 200,000 suppliers. Geopolitical alerts alone rose 167%.
85%
of supply chain risk incidents originate at tier 2 and below. Where visibility is thinnest.

First issue October 6

Supply Chain Intelligence Brief

$299 / month · Founding rate
First Tuesday of each month · 7am MT

Every month, 3 to 5 active geopolitical flashpoints translated into specific operational decisions for US manufacturers with Asia or Latin America supply chain exposure. Not what happened. What it means for your sourcing, logistics, and vendor relationships next month.

  • Forward-looking. You adjust before the disruption lands, not after you have absorbed the cost.
  • Written for the person placing the order, not a risk committee.
  • Severity-flagged: Low, Elevated, High.
  • Every flashpoint answers one question: what do I do differently on Monday?
Founding rate · Through October 31

$299/month, locked for as long as you stay subscribed. Standard rate is $349/month from November 1. Founding subscribers receive Issue 01 regardless of when in October they join. Cancel anytime. If you cancel, you lose the rate.

Geopolitical Exposure Session

Four days of research on your supply chain, delivered in one working session. You send your supplier base: countries, ports, lead times, dependencies. We map where your geopolitical exposure actually sits, go deep on the suppliers carrying the most risk (typically five to seven), and identify what is moving against them right now.

You leave with:

  • Exposure Summary: every supplier you gave us, flagged red, amber, or green, with the single point of failure named
  • 30-Day Forward Scan: what is coming, which supplier it touches, when the window closes given your PO lead time, and the levers available to you
  • Two pages. Dated. Written to survive being forwarded to someone who was not on the call.
The Week

Monday intake call. Tuesday through Thursday research. Friday delivery session.

$1,500
Paid at booking. Payment after the call, not before.

Monthly Monitoring

$2,500 / month

Your mapped supplier base, rescanned every month against current conditions. What moved, what did not, what is now in motion, and what it means for the orders you place next. If something breaks against your exposure between cycles, you hear from us within two business days.

  • Monthly two-page scan and a 45 to 60 minute call
  • At least one exposure node sized against your own spend, lead times, and safety stock each cycle
  • Two business day interrupt coverage
  • Quarterly full re-score of your exposure map
  • Decision log, maintained by Strabo, shared with you
Terms

90-day initial term, then month to month. 30 days notice. Founding clients hold $2,500 for as long as the retainer runs continuously.

Ask About Monitoring
Our Process

How Strabo Insight works.

Five stages. Continuous monitoring to a decision-ready output. Every element filtered through one question: does this change what you do on Monday?

01
We Monitor

Continuous monitoring across Asia, Latin America, and key trade corridors. We track geopolitical developments, policy shifts, and supplier network signals that have a direct bearing on US manufacturing and distribution operations.

02
We Filter

Most events don't affect operations. We cut everything that doesn't have a direct implication for procurement, logistics, or sourcing. What remains is a signal. What gets cut is noise.

03
We Translate

Every signal gets translated into an operational implication written for the person making procurement decisions, not the person writing a thesis. If we can't state the operational implication, it doesn't get written.

04
We Deliver

The intelligence reaches you as a one-week working session, ongoing monthly monitoring, or a monthly brief. The format depends on where your exposure is. The standard doesn't change.

05
You Decide

You get the intelligence. You make the call with better information than your competitors, before the market has priced in the disruption.

Who's Behind This

Chase.

Founder, Strabo Insight

Seven years in supply chain operations. At VF Corp I was a buyer and planner for Icebreaker: global supplier buying, delivery into US and Canadian distribution centers, the air freight budget, and supply risk across one of the most Asia-exposed apparel supply chains in the world. Before that, inventory management at Airbus. When tariffs hit, I was the one rebuilding supply plans around new cost structures and shifting lead times. I saw what reactive intelligence looks like at scale. It was expensive. And it was entirely preventable.

Strabo Insight was built on that experience. Operations and procurement leaders at small to mid-size US manufacturers are making sourcing decisions every day without the geopolitical context that would change those decisions. The intelligence exists. Now it's built for them.

If your supply chain touches Asia or Latin America and you're operating on reactive intelligence, this was built for your situation.
